from residential to passenger station, from commercial to passenger station, from industrial to passenger station bus lanes to be used by the supply vehicles (LOTS OF THEM, raze down the city if needed and it will rebuilt itself fast) Therefore, if we add the fact that they don't care about traffic congestion (but they do care about the walking time to a bus stop!), it becomes obvious that no public transport line can compete against private cars, at least when a destination is inside the resident city. Meaning, if the resident goes to work, it arrives in front of the office and he enters the building, with his car in his pocket :P Then it dawned on me: when a citizen goes somewhere in their car, there is allegedly infinite parking space directly in front of their destination, all the times! and all of that with public transport use belowe 20% and so on, and so on: center of city literally blocked A bus stop in almost every corner, intersecting/interconnecting lines: center of city literally blocked Wide roads with bus lanes (at the cost of totalling the city center and make it rebuilt): center of city literally blocked As many lines possible, as few stops on each of them possible to lower the line frequency: center of city literally blocked Lots of discussions about intracity traffic, lots of suggestions, lots of testing.but the traffic inside a city always tends to block entire roads!
